These terms form an agreement between you and Rooz Spice Trading Co. whenever you use this website or buy from us. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
1. About us
Rooz Spice Trading Co. is a sole proprietorship owned by Jenny Weiss, operating from 1131 Barrington Court, Paragould, AR 72450, United States. Contact: welcome@roozspices.com, 870-586-2684.
2. Using this website
You may browse, print and download material from this site for your own personal or internal business use. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it commercially, use it to train machine learning systems, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Product information and pricing
We work hard to describe our spices accurately, but natural products vary between harvests: colour, pungency and aroma will shift from lot to lot, and photographs are illustrative. Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and shipping unless stated. Prices change with the harvest; the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch, in which case we will contact you and you may cancel.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. We may decline an order where stock has run out, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot ship to the address given.
5. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH transfer and, for approved trade accounts, company check on net-30 terms. Card details are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. Trade invoices unpaid after 45 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late charge.
6. Delivery, risk and title
Delivery timescales are estimates given in good faith. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes when we receive payment in full. See our Shipping & Returns page for detail.
7. Food safety, storage and allergens
Our products are food ingredients intended for culinary use. Store them sealed, dry, cool and out of direct sunlight. Our facility handles sesame and mustard; if you have a severe allergy, contact us before ordering. Nothing on this website is medical or nutritional advice, and no statement here has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
8. Intellectual property
The name Rooz Spice Trading Co., our logo, blend names, product photography and the text on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without written permission, except to reference us fairly (for example, a stockist listing our products).
9. Reviews and submissions
If you send us a review, photograph or recipe, you keep ownership but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce it in our marketing with attribution to your first name and city. We may decline or remove anything unlawful, misleading or offensive.
10. Third-party links
Where we link to another website we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost business.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here on the date you place your order.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and the United States. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Greene County, Arkansas. Before filing anything, please call us — almost everything can be resolved on the phone.
15. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
